This is a 5 day workshop, beginning at 1:00 on the 16th, and ending at noon on the 21st. There is a long tradition of painting on this beautiful little island, and for good reason. A small harbor, a village with classic homes and weathered shacks, a beautiful, hilltop lighthouse, a rocky coastline, and only a handful of autos on the whole island make this perfect for painting. Most of us will stay at the same inn, and you’ll be able to share mealtimes and down time.

We’ll walk to all of our painting sites, carrying our own gear, on dirt roads, which can be uneven and occasionally steep. You should be able to carry your painting gear 1/4 mile which may include a hill. Accommodations, meals and transportation not included. Rooms at Monhegan House include a very nice breakfast and dinner. A block of rooms has been reserved for our group. Limited to 14.
