Critique Group

This is an ongoing, monthly meeting, on the third Monday of every month. 

 

We'll meet from 10:00am - 12:30pm at a studio space in downtown San Rafael.  Each participant brings in 3-4 recent, or in-progress paintings, and presents them for discussion. I also bring in paintings that I'm working on, to share and discuss. Sometimes I give homework assignments to the group.

 

The cost is $80 per person, per session.  You'll need to let me know in advance if you plan to attend, so I can be sure we have a minimum of five painters for each session.  I will sign up a maximum of 11 people, though the average attendance is usually about 7 or 8.
